Weight Room Updates

Incoming Freshman - weight room is open Monday - Friday from 4pm to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 11am - Make every attempt to be there!

Jr Spartans - Conditioning Clinic starts March 5th and will run Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7-8pm and Saturdays from 11am-12pm at the PA Weight Room - New Drills, New Format = Loads of fun!
